	"Having wheat and dairy intolerances and prefering vegetarian or at least lots of vegetables in my meal, it is difficult for me to find haute cuisine establishments. You completely fulfilled the bill tonight. The soup was great, the salad (without the cheese) was plentiful, fresh and the dressing was tart, crisp and not too oily. The risotto, prepared without cheese or cream was still creamy and complex, filling. Haute cuisine comfort food. Thank you so much for the delicious meal. 	"Thank you for one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time! We had such a nice time on Saturday, and didn’t want to leave actually. Everything from the ambience to the service to, last but not least, the food, was fantastic. And listening to our waiter describe the food was an experience all in itself….I think he could have convinced me to eat almost anything!
