Our goal is to keep everything as fresh and locally sourced as possible. This means a menu that is always being re-invented and developed according to the seasons and availability. |
Canvas has been the recipient of the VQA Restaurant Award of Excellence for 2008, 2009 and 2010, awarded by the Wine Council of Canada. You'll be sure to find something to complete your culinary experience, with many wines offered by the glass and half litre.
